PILATES with Anna

Hi, I’m Anna, your Pilates instructor here at Mountain.
I’m fully qualified in mat Pilates, and in this class I’ll be guiding you through full-body movement that focuses on top-to-bottom mobility, core strength, and building strength from the inside out.

The aim is to help your body feel strong, supported, and really good as you move. Yes, it might burn a little at times — but we’ll always be doing it with a smile, plenty of encouragement, and a bit of fun along the way.

YOGA FOUNDATIONS WORKSHOP

Accessible · Educational · Foundational

This 90 minute Yoga Foundations workshop focuses on the core standing poses you’ll see in most yoga classes. In this session we’ll break down
Downward Dog
 High Lunge
 Warrior 2
 Reverse Warrior
 Triangle We’ll explore correct alignment, key terminology, common mistakes, and accessible variations and progressions, helping you understand how these poses link together and flow smoothly from one to the next. At the end, we’ll bring everything together into a short, relaxed flow so you can really feel how it all connects. This workshop is relaxed, supportive, and open to everyone. 
Perfect if you’re new to yoga, returning after a break, or want to build stronger foundations and feel more confident in class.
