PILATES with Anna
Hi, I’m Anna, your Pilates instructor here at Mountain.
I’m fully qualified in mat Pilates, and in this class I’ll be guiding you through full-body movement that focuses on top-to-bottom mobility, core strength, and building strength from the inside out.
The aim is to help your body feel strong, supported, and really good as you move. Yes, it might burn a little at times — but we’ll always be doing it with a smile, plenty of encouragement, and a bit of fun along the way.

Perfect for beginners/intermediate, and a great way to start your yoga journey, learn the basic movements and postures with gentle transitions whilst building general strength, flexibility and co-ordination.
