WHEN SHOULD I ARRIVE?Minimum of 10 mins before the class. Park up and stroll up to the studio. If late then please enter the back door quietly and join in,

IS THERE TOILETS & CHANGING ROOMS?Yes. Mountain Yoga has its own dedicated parking, toilets and changing rooms. The studio is a 60m walk from the parking area.

DO I NEED TO BE FIT AND FLEXIBLE TO JOIN IN?As a minimum you must be able to get easily down onto the floor and get back up again unaided. If you are in good health and reasonably fit you should be able to join most classes and follow the guided instructions from the teacher. There are also beginners classes, and yoga fundamental workshops that are available if you want to start there.

CAN I PRACTISE IF I AM PREGNANT?We do not offer pregnancy yoga specifically and is advised that you get doctors permission to attend yoga classes prior. You must tell us in writing at least two days prior to wanting to attend so we can assess your specific needs. Thank you.

HOW OLD DO I NEED TO BE TO ATTEND?Minimum age of 16 to attend our yoga classes.

WHAT IF I HAVE AN INJURY?If the injury is severe then we ask that you do not attend until healed. You must get your doctors permission prior to attending and let us know before the beginning and of each class. It is possible that the yogi will require you to sit-out certain movements and postures to avoid aggravation of your injury.

Born out of a desire to offer the best Yoga in the perfect location. Mountain Yoga will host indoor and outdoor classes in our various yoga areas at our private facility in North Cardiff.
Opening in June 2022, we will be offering the most beautiful, idyllic, and scenic yoga in the country.
