This 90 minute Yoga Foundations workshop focuses on the core standing poses you’ll see in most yoga classes. In this session we’ll break down Downward Dog High Lunge Warrior 2 Reverse Warrior Triangle We’ll explore correct alignment, key terminology, common mistakes, and accessible variations and progressions, helping you understand how these poses link together and flow smoothly from one to the next. At the end, we’ll bring everything together into a short, relaxed flow so you can really feel how it all connects. This workshop is relaxed, supportive, and open to everyone. Perfect if you’re new to yoga, returning after a break, or want to build stronger foundations and feel more confident in class.

In this 90 minute sleep masterclass, we explore why sleep matters and how poor sleep can affect your health, energy, mood and overall wellbeing. You will learn practical tools to improve the quality, quantity and regularity of your sleep, alongside simple daily habits that support your nervous system and help you feel better both day and night. We will also look at stress and the nervous system, focusing on how breathing influences your ability to switch off and unwind. The session introduces NSDR, Non Sleep Deep Rest, a guided practice designed to calm the nervous system and support deeper, more restorative sleep, popularised by people like Andrew Huberman. This workshop is perfect for you if you: * Struggle to switch off at night or wake feeling unrefreshed * Experience stress, anxiety or a busy mind that impacts your sleep * Want practical, realistic tools to improve sleep without medication * Are curious about breathwork, nervous system regulation and modern sleep science

Curious about Acro Yoga but not sure where to start? This 90 minute Acro Yoga Foundations Workshop is designed especially for yoga practitioners who’ve always wanted to try acro in a safe, supportive, and beginner friendly environment. We’ll break down the fundamentals of Acro Yoga, focusing on communication, trust, balance, and simple partner techniques. You’ll learn how to safely base, fly, and spot, with clear guidance throughout so everyone feels confident and supported. By the end of the workshop, you’ll have learned a small selection of foundational acro poses and transitions, and experienced how playful, empowering, and connected Acro Yoga can be. You can come on your own or with a partner or friend. We’ll work in small groups and rotate roles so no previous acro experience is needed. This workshop is fun, relaxed, and open to all levels. Perfect if you’re curious, playful, and ready to try something new. 90 minutes | Suitable for beginners
