🌙  The science behind sleep - Sleep is not hit or miss, it’s a process, a system that we are sometimes aware of and sometimes not. We gently inform our members of the patterns necessary and science behind healthy sleep and how to achieve it. 

😴 Sleep/health Questionnaire - Here we conduct a private sleep health questionnaire, the results of which only you will see. This will allow you to visualise the things that come between yourself and good sleep

📝 Sleep plan template -  A picture paints a thousands words! Together we write a pre-sleep routine using a template card that allows each member to construct the perfect pre-bed routine for themselves. We collectively set phone reminders to prompt us along these simple pre-bed pointers to help remind us to put them into action, at the right time for us.

🧼 Master Sleep Hygiene - Sleep hygiene is a term not commonly heard or understood, but simply refers to the tick list of correct items that must be present or absent from our bedrooms in order to achieve a good and restful nights sleep.

🌬️ Nasal obstruction opener - The greatest factor often affecting the standard of sleep is our breathing patterns. Sleep Disordered Breathing effects a large proportion of the UK adult population, but the good news is, to fix it is reasonably simple and straight forward. 

🧘 Nervous system activation - Our modern daily lives are constantly taxing our nervous system negatively, which wreaks havoc with our sleep patterns. The beauty is that our nervous systems are easily manipulated to serve us and not the other way around. We spend time learning how to make the switch and engage the relaxation response which allows us a good nights sleep.
